Operation Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Operations Coordinator to help manage our daily delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with riders, customers and restaurant partners.
- Monitor orders and ensure deliveries are completed on time.
- Handle customer and rider calls and assist with any issues.
- Follow up on delays, cancellations and operational problems.
- Support and supervise the rider team during shifts.
- Work closely with the Operations Team and Management.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC).
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and handling calls.
- Must be willing to work shifts, including weekends when required.
