As we prepare to open our first Nashville hospital in March 2027, we’re seeking a Medical Director who wants to build something meaningful from day one. The Role
As Medical Director, you will:
- Deliver comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care
- Lead by example in providing high-quality, evidence-based medicine
- Support, mentor, and develop associate veterinarians and support staff
- Ensure consistency in medical standards and patient care
- Partner with hospital leadership to drive growth and operational excellence
- Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and teamwork
- Build meaningful, lasting relationships with clients and the community
- Help create a hospital where both patients and team members thrive

Schedule Designed for Balance
We believe great leadership requires balance, which is why our doctors work:
- 4 clinical days per week
- Only 1 Saturday every 4 weeks
- Predictable rotating schedules
