Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Motor Claim Supervisor, located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Motor Claim Supervisor will oversee the claims process, ensure proper claims handling, and maintain quality customer service standards. Responsibilities include supervising claims management processes, analyzing claims data, providing guidance to the claims team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage a team in daily claim operations
- Expertise in Claims Management and knowledge of Claims Handling processes
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating claims and ensuring fair assessments
- In-depth understanding of insurance principles and practices, particularly in the motor sector
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
- Experience in customer service and the ability to manage sensitive customer interactions
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role or within the insurance industry is highly advantageous
