Title: Lab Technician

Lab Technician
Purpose: Ensure all raw materials, in-process, and finished products meet quality and safety standards before release.
Main Duties:
1. QC Testing: Sample and test products on the line for pH, weight, moisture, chemicals, microbes, etc.
2. Production Support: Do in process checks, release/hold batches, and help troubleshoot quality issues with production team
3. Documentation: Record results in LIMS/Excel, prepare COAs, batch records, and maintain logs
4. Lab Upkeep: Calibrate equipment, prep reagents, manage inventory, keep lab GMP-compliant
5. Safety: Follow GMP, HACCP, PPE rules and report any non-conformances
Key Skills: Attention to detail, QC methods, equipment operation, fast + accurate testing, Excel/LIMS, GMP knowledge
Requirements: Diploma/bachelor’s in chemistry, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field. Shift work in a factory environment.
