We are looking for passionate and motivated candidates to join our Kennel Technician team. Candidates for this role should have a strong desire to work with animals and have an interest in learning new skills. Our Kennel Technicians are responsible for the over-all wellness and care of our dogs and provide excellent customer service. The right Kennel Technician will thrive in a bright, bustling, and energetic enviornment.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to our current and future clientele.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including, but not limited to: bathrooms, reception area, kennels, kennel yard etc.
Provide socialization, monitoring, administering necessary medication, comfort, play time, etc.
Ensure proper feeding and watering.
Check dogs in and out of our facility.
Occasionally assist the grooming operation.
Willing to work within business hours of 6:15 am and 9:00 pm Monday-Sunday, 365 days a year.
Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.66 – $18.00 per hour
