Job Summary
As a Dog Daycare Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers and their pet. This position requires a love for dogs and strong communication skills to provide clients with excellent customer service during their check in and check out process.
Duties
Check in and check out dog parents using the Gingr POS System.
Maintain daily schedule for dog grooming, boarding and organize calendar for client check in and check out appointments.
Monitor the health and behavior of each dog, reporting any concerns to management upon arrival.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of each dog’s activities and health status.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure environment for both dogs and staff.
Requirements
Previous experience in dog handling or animal care is preferred.
Knowledge of kennel operations and animal behavior is a plus.
Skills in pet grooming or veterinary assistance are advantageous.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with pet owners and team members.
A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their welfare is essential.
