Full-Time or Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist

We provide in-home veterinary care throughout Chicago’s southwest suburbs and have recently opened our Veterinary Care Center, which serves as our surgical and dental center. This role is ideal for an experienced veterinary receptionist who loves client connection, is comfortable supporting surgical and dental patients, and wants to grow their skillset by learning housecall scheduling and logistics.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with clients by phone, text, email, and in person
- Check in and check out surgical and dental patients with clarity and compassion
- Schedule housecall and Care Center appointments
- Triage messages and support daily workflow
- Learn housecall routing and logistics
- Maintain accurate records and process payments
- Support a positive, team-centered culture

- Have veterinary receptionist or client care experience
- Are confident discussing surgical and dental instructions and estimates
- Are calm, organized, and compassionate — especially in emotional situations
- Communicate clearly and professionally
