Position: Kennel Assistant-2
Animal Care Responsibilities
- checking patients in/out including obtaining weights, temperature, checking for fleas, cleanup baths and brushin
- feeding and watering pets
- walking canine
- administering medications
- bathing
- charting patient records
Cleaning: kennels and all parts of the building
Assisting Veterinary Staff
- holding pets safely
- collecting samples for tests such as uring
- assisting with procedures, taking radiographs and labword
Other duties as assigned.
