You will be helping us refine these processes to ensure our financial partner receives the clearest possible records of their management activities.
Because we are a remote firm, you will work from your own space while staying closely connected to our team through digital channels. This is an entry level position where you will learn how to bridge the gap between technical AI capabilities and the practical needs of a busy executive team. You will be responsible for the quality of the outputs our tools generate, ensuring they meet our high standards for clarity and plain language.
What You Will Do
- Review and edit AI-generated summaries from client meetings to ensure they are accurate and free of jargon.
- Help set up and manage the prompts we use to extract action items and decisions from recorded discussions.
- Assist in organizing digital files and knowledge bases so that project history is always accessible to the team.
- Test simple automation workflows to make sure information flows correctly between our different communication platforms.
- Draft basic guides and documentation to help our clients understand how to use the new rhythms we are building for them.
- Monitor the performance of our AI tools and flag any recurring issues or errors to the broader team.
- Participate in internal remote briefings to coordinate daily tasks and share updates on project progress.
- Ensure all client data is handled according to our security and privacy protocols.
