As Takmeel Square scales its real estate and construction portfolio, capital moves faster and in more directions — collections, receivables, commissions, procurement, construction spend. We’re seeking an Internal Auditor to be the independent eye across all of it: verifying every rupee is accounted for, every control holds, and every risk is caught before it becomes a loss.
This is not a tick-the-box role. It’s for someone who follows the money, questions the comfortable answer, and reports what they find without fear or favour.
THE ROLE
Risk-based audit planning across finance, operations and projects
Testing controls over collections, receivables, commissions, procurement and payments
Verifying inventory, plot records and project cost bookings against reality
Investigating variances, leakages and irregularities — and tracing the root cause
Reviewing compliance with SOPs, approval matrices, tax and statutory requirements
Reporting findings to management with clear, actionable recommendations
Tracking remediation until every gap is genuinely closed
WHO YOU ARE
✓ CA (Inter/Finalist) / ACCA / ACMA / CIA or equivalent
✓ 5+ years in internal audit, external audit or financial control
✓ Strong command of internal controls, risk assessment and audit methodology
✓ Real estate, construction or project-based experience a strong plus
✓ Fluent in Excel and ERP-based auditing
✓ Sharp analytical mind, uncompromising integrity, and the independence to speak plainly
✓ Confidentiality that is never negotiable
