Job Overview

Shelter Pharma Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Institutional Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. As a mid-level position, the role requires a professional with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The Institutional Manager will strategize and manage relationships with various institutions, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives and maintaining our commitment to pharmaceutical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Institutional Sales Development:

Drive sales growth by securing partnerships and contracts with hospitals, government institutions, and other healthcare organizations.

Promote the companys herbal pharma products to key decision-makers and influencers within institutions.

Account Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Handle queries, resolve issues, and act as a liaison between the client and the company.

Tender Management:

Identify and participate in government and private tenders for herbal pharma products.

Prepare tender documents, proposals, and presentations in alignment with institutional requirements.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify potential institutional clients and emerging opportunities.

Analyze competitor activities in the institutional domain and develop strategies to stay ahead.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the institutional customer base.

Plan and execute marketing initiatives tailored to institutional clients.

Collaboration with Teams:

Coordinate with internal teams, including supply chain, marketing, and R&D, to meet client needs and deliver products on time.

Provide feedback from clients to improve product offerings and services.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and client performance reviews.

Maintain accurate records of interactions, agreements, and client correspondence.

Regulatory and Compliance:

Ensure that all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Stay updated on regulatory requirements related to institutional sales in the herbal pharma domain.

Training and Awareness:

Conduct training sessions and awareness programs for institutional clients on product benefits and applications.
