Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
English Level: B2+ Required
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as an Implementation QA Specialist. In this role, you will support client onboarding, quality assurance processes, data validation, reporting, and operational excellence initiatives while working closely with internal teams and clients.
What You’ll Do
- Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support client onboarding and implementation activities.
- Conduct quality reviews and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Maintain reports, documentation, and operational records.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Client Success, Client Relations, Customer Operations, Account Management, Benefits Administration, HR Operations, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working with reports, KPIs, audits, or data validation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Benefits Administration, HR, Payroll, or Compliance.
- Experience with CRM, HRIS, Salesforce, Zendesk, PrismHR, or similar platforms.
- Previous experience supporting client implementations or onboarding processes.
