About the Role
We are seeking a responsible, organized, trustworthy, and service-oriented Housekeeper to provide household support to a private client in Lagos.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized home, preparing meals on designated days, handling household laundry, running occasional errands, and supporting other reasonable day-to-day household needs.
The ideal candidate should be mature, discreet, reliable, well-organized, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare meals on designated days, primarily Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
- Provide occasional meal preparation on Wednesday evenings when required.
- Carry out general household cleaning and upkeep once a week.
- Wash and dry bedding, towels, and other household laundry using available laundry equipment.
- Run occasional personal and household errands.
- Purchase groceries and other household items when required.
- Assist with other reasonable day-to-day household tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable home environment.
- Handle household and personal matters with strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Perform assigned duties responsibly and within agreed schedules.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping, household support, hospitality, personal assistance, or a related role is an advantage.
- Good cooking and basic household management skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Trustworthy, dependable, and responsible.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable using a washing machine and dryer.
- Familiarity with Lagos and the ability to run occasional errands within the city.
- Professional attitude and respect for the client’s privacy.
- Must be mature, reliable, and able to maintain professional boundaries.
