The workweek consists of four days, with the possibility of alternating Saturdays every other week. Experienced doctors manage 15-minute general practice appointments, while new graduates are given 45-minute appointments to ensure they have the support they need. Flexible and part-time schedules are also available. The practice maintains a 2:1 staff-to-doctor ratio, ensuring ample support from a well-rounded team that includes veterinarians, technicians, assistants, receptionists, a practice manager, and a dog trainer.
