Reporting to the Resort Manager, this role encompasses maintenance and general repairs for Gallagher Lake Camping & RV Resort. Key responsibilities include managing landscaping, upkeep of buildings and equipment, and maintaining septic and water systems. You must provide courteous interaction with community residents while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks
• Conduct repairs on community buildings and equipment
• Manage records of septic, water, and irrigation systems
• Maintain health & safety standards in all activities
• Ensure clean and organized work spaces and tools
Requirements:
• Valid G-class driver’s license required
• Clean driver’s abstract for driving responsibilities
• On-call availability for emergencies and park duties
• Water operator certification is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends
