We’re excited to welcome an experienced Associate Veterinarian to our 3-doctor team. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a practice that blends compassionate care with innovative medicine — from Class IV therapeutic laser treatments and stem cell therapy to dental radiography, surgery, and acupuncture. Whether treating dogs, cats, or the occasional exotic companion, you’ll be supported by a skilled, upbeat team and a loyal client base that truly feels like family.

Our total bonus package of up to $30,000 is flexible and can be structured based on experience and individual priorities.
Essential Responsibilities
- Examine and treat companion animals to detect and determine the nature of disease or injuries.
- Operate diagnostic equipment and collect diagnostic samples; interpret results.
- Advise pet owners on preventative care and treatment options.
- Perform surgery and prescribe medication as needed.
- Provide compassionate counsel around pet end-of-life care.
- Maintain thorough and accurate medical records.
- Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics and all relevant statutes, policies, and procedures.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited AVMA institution.
- Active or eligible Florida veterinary license.
- Eligibility to obtain DEA/BNDD licensure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, positive, and collaborative demeanor with both staff and clients.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and assist with larger patients or equipment as needed.
