Full-time Veterinary Technician/Assistant Jobs in Hendersonville, TN at Indian Lake Animal Clinic
We are seeking a full-time veterinary technician or assistant for our small animal (meaning dogs and cats only) clinic. Prior education and experience are valued and rewarded, but not required. On the job training is available.
Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We do not board or keep patients over the weekend unless absolutely necessary. Occasional weekend hours are available at time and a half rate when patient care is needed.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for companion animals, including monitoring vital signs and responding to emergencies.
- Assist with anesthesia and analgesia administration, IV access, and general anesthesia procedures.
- Perform diagnostic and routine tasks such as radiography, sample collection, and basic laboratory work.
- Manage animal handling, restraint, kennel duties, and ensure a clean, safe clinical environment.
- Prepare and assist with dental procedures, postoperative care, and client education.
- Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Pay: $15.00 – $22.00 per hour
