Key Responsibilities:
Review and dispense prescriptions accurately and in accordance with professional standards.
Provide counselling on medication use, dosage, side effects, and adherence.
Recommend appropriate over-the-counter medications and advise on minor ailments.
Monitor for drug interactions, contraindications, and medication-related issues.
Maintain accurate dispensing and controlled drug records.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and minimise expiries.
Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council regulations and company policies.
Support health promotion and patient education initiatives.
Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians and support staff.
Participate in continuous professional development activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/Pharm.D).
Valid practising licence. 1–3 years’ experience in a community pharmacy setting.
Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, customer service, and attention to detail.
