📍 Location: Madrid
🧑💻 Position: Flying Doctor Engineer
💼🔧 Responsibilities:
- Perform and support calibration activities for diesel, gasoline, and hybrid engines.
- Work with calibration and data management tools such as INCA, Creta, CANalyzer.
- Prepare, validate, and optimize datasets.
- Carry out emissions and aftertreatment calibration (DPF, GPF, SCR, LNT).
- Contribute to driveability and OBD calibration activities.
- Analyze test data using tools such as MATLAB, Python, or similar.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of calibration data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different levels of experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of calibration processes and workflows.
✅ What we value:
- Experience in the automotive industry, systems engineering, or powertrain R&D (different levels of experience are welcome).
- Experience with diesel calibration, system engineering, or model-based design related to combustion, air systems, or aftertreatment.
- Strong technical curiosity and solid interest in powertrain calibration and automotive technology.
- Good understanding of engine management systems, calibration processes, and vehicle electronics.
- Experience with calibration and analysis tools (INCA, CANalyzer, MDA, MATLAB, Python, etc.).
- Knowledge of CAN communication and automotive architectures.
- A high level of English proficiency is mandatory; French is a plus.
