Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of team members to meet daily goals and deadlines.
Provide guidance, training, and support to staff to enhance performance and productivity.
Monitor workflow and adjust assignments to ensure efficiency and quality.
Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Conduct performance evaluations, give feedback, and participate in hiring decisions.
Maintain accurate records of production, attendance, and team performance.
Address and resolve employee or operational issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with management to identify improvement opportunities and implement changes.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools.
Communicate goals, expectations, and company updates to the team.
Travel across branches

6 days of working, flexible week off- 2 Sundays to be worked
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. – HINDI AND ENGLISH MUST
Ability to lead, motivate, and resolve conflicts within a team.
Proficient in using standard office software and relevant industry tools.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
