Foxy Locks is a global hair extensions brand founded in 2009 by Imogen Fox. What started from a bedroom has grown into one of the most recognised names in the hair extensions industry.
The brand has built a loyal community and strong online presence over the past 17 years, and we are now entering the next phase of growth.
To support that next chapter, we are looking to bring in a strong operational leader to work closely with the founder and help scale the business.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to work alongside founder Imogen Fox and take ownership of the day to day operational leadership of Foxy Locks.
Imogen remains heavily involved in brand direction and product, and we are now looking for someone who thrives on the operational side of building and scaling an e-commerce business.
This role will be responsible for helping drive the next phase of growth by strengthening systems, improving performance across key areas of the business, and ensuring the team and external partners are aligned.
This is a hands on leadership role suited to someone who has already helped scale a consumer brand and enjoys working closely with founders.
The role is based in Hayle, Cornwall, with some flexibility for hybrid or remote working.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day to day operations of the business
- Drive revenue growth and operational performance
- Work closely with the founder on strategic direction and business planning
- Oversee agency relationships and internal teams
- Strengthen reporting, forecasting and operational systems
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability across the business
- Support the scaling of the brand into its next phase of growth
Ideal Candidate
- Experience scaling a DTC or e-commerce brand
- Strong operational leadership experience
- Comfortable working in a fast moving founder led environment
- Commercially minded with strong analytical thinking
- Experienced managing teams, agencies and cross functional operations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help build and grow a brand
