Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead overall factory operations including Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning & HSE.
- Manage aseptic processing and Tetra Pak packaging operations.
- Drive production efficiency, OEE, productivity, yield and cost optimization.
- Manage factory budgets, operational planning and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP and food safety standards.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead teams and ensure achievement of operational KPIs and business targets.
Candidate Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Food Science / Dairy Technology / Manufacturing.
- 10+ years of experience in Dairy / Food / Beverage / FMCG manufacturing.
- Strong experience in senior plant/factory leadership.
- Experience in Aseptic Processing and Tetra Pak technology is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, quality, maintenance, cost control and people management.
