We are a busy, 24-hour emergency and critical care animal hospital dedicated to providing exceptional veterinary care when pets need it most. Our team is composed of driven professionals who value collaboration, continued learning, best medicine, and compassionate care.
Position: Experienced Emergency CVT or Veterinary Assistant
Location: Salem, Oregon
Schedule: 3×12 Nights, swing, and a weekend day is required.
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience + shift differentials for overnights/swing/ and weekends
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in emergency or specialty veterinary practice (required)
- Strong understanding of triage, restraint, critical care, and emergency protocols
- Confidence in handling critical cases and communicating in high-pressure situations
- Ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude, sense of humor, willingness to learn, and a commitment to excellent patient care
