Client Service Representative (Veterinary Reception)
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our veterinary team. This position is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience while supporting the medical team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding, compassionate customer service to clients and their pets
- Answer and triage incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and coordinate surgical procedures
- Check clients in and out efficiently while maintaining accurate records
- Monitor daily schedule and help maintain smooth patient flow
- Take detailed messages for doctors regarding patient health concerns
- Process medication refill requests and assist with online pharmacy approvals
- Manage medical record requests with other hospitals and specialty practices
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Confirm appointments and conduct sick visit follow-ups
- Process payments accurately and maintain proper documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Communicate effectively with team members and follow direction from Team Leads
