SS Support Network is hiring an experienced Dispatcher to join our on-site operations team. The selected candidate will support US-based Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) companies and help ensure that daily trips are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily trips, driver locations, delays, idle time, and upcoming pickups
• Assign and reassign trips based on driver availability, location, and timing
• Coordinate pickups, drop-offs, will-call trips, cancellations, and schedule changes
• Communicate professionally with drivers, passengers, facilities, and clients
• Build efficient routes and multi-loads while avoiding unnecessary backtracking
• Respond proactively to late drivers, missed pickups, and operational issues
• Maintain accurate trip notes, driver statuses, and dispatch records
• Follow client procedures, broker requirements, and escalation protocols
• Work closely with customer support and scheduling teams
Requirements:
• Previous experience in NEMT, transportation, logistics, or dispatching
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Good knowledge of routing, trip coordination, and geographic planning
• Ability to manage multiple trips and drivers in a fast-paced environment
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Comfortable working with dispatch software, GPS tools, and online portals
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure
• Willingness to work night shifts according to US business hours
