Our client Riphah International University is looking for a Director of Procurement and Supply Chain in Islamabad
Riphah is seeking an accomplished procurement leader to head enterprise-wide procurement and supply chain operations across its healthcare, higher education, hospitals, construction, technology, and corporate businesses. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a large and diversified procurement portfolio while driving operational excellence, Al driven digital transformation, strategic sourcing and enhancing value chain.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director Procurement to lead procurement, supply chain, contract management, and sourcing functions for one of Pakistan’s most significant education/healthcare projects.
Eligibility:
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, ISM, or CSCP will be an advantage
- Minimum 15 years of progressive procurement experience, including 7 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience in education/healthcare, large infrastructure projects, or multinational organizations
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide procurement strategies
- Lead procurement for educational campuses, hospital construction, medical equipment & operational services
- Establish robust procurement governance and compliance frameworks
- Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency
- Build strategic supplier partnerships
- Lead digital procurement and supply chain transformation initiatives
