Ehrlich Animal Hospital & Arthritis Therapy Center is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team! Ehrlich is a fast paced hospital that is open 7 days a week, and offers wellness, urgent care, surgery and emergency services to the Tampa community.
Ehrlich Animal Hospital’s mission is to provide exceptional care to our clients and patients during every visit in a caring and compassionate manner with a focus on communication and education so that our clients are well equipped to be the best pet parents.
We are seeking a full time team member with open availability that has minimum of 6 months veterinary experience, or 12 months reception experience in another medical setting. Schedule will be approximately 30-40 hours weekly, and will include some evenings and weekends.
Candidates must have well developed people skills, organizational skills, and be capable of working in a fast paced environment. Job duties include (but are not limited to) answering phones, checking in/out clients, general paperwork, payment processing and reconciliation, scheduling, medical triage, and general cleaning.
Pay is dependent on experience, and ranges from $16 to $19.
