Duties
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, providing clear and courteous communication.
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently to handle incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and relay messages accurately.
- Maintain organized client files and records through precise data entry and filing practices using productivity software and spreadsheets.
- Assist with clinic tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and placing clients into exam rooms efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Covetrus Pulse software would be helpful.
- Prior experience with data entry in a medical or veterinary clinic and customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Technical proficiency with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- Medical experience involving front desk responsibilities or personal assistant duties is preferred.

Pay: $16.00 – $26.00 per hour
