Role Description The Nanny role at Techsila LLC is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad, responsible for providing attentive, safe, and nurturing care to children. Day-to-day tasks include supervising children’s activities, maintaining a structured routine, and supporting their emotional and social well-being. The nanny will plan age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and early childhood development, assist with homework or educational tasks as needed, and ensure a clean, child-friendly environment. Responsibilities also include preparing nutritious meals and snacks, managing basic household tasks related to the children’s care, and communicating regularly with parents or guardians about the children’s progress and needs. The role requires reliability, patience, and the ability to create a supportive and engaging atmosphere for children of varying ages.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Babysitting and Childcare, with a focus on safety, supervision, and emotional support.
- Demonstrated ability and comfort Working With Children, including managing routines, activities, and behavior in a positive manner.
- Knowledge of Early Childhood Development principles to plan age-appropriate, educational, and engaging activities.
- Competence in Cooking and preparing healthy meals and snacks suitable for children.
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment, including basic household tasks related to children’s care.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with parents or guardians and provide updates on children’s well-being.
- High level of reliability, patience, and professionalism, with a caring and respectful approach to children and families.
- Prior nanny or childcare experience; training or certification in childcare, early education, or first aid/CPR is preferred.
