Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Chief of Staff to work on-site in Lagos, Nigeria. The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in streamlining operations, managing cross-departmental communication, and supporting executive decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include project management, preparing strategic reports, coordinating leadership activities, tracking organizational priorities, and ensuring the timely execution of initiatives. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor to senior management and collaborate with various departments to achieve operational and strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategic planning and organizational management
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in the hospitality or related industries is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
