Veterinary Reception Manager/Client Service Representative (CSR) | Swing Shift
Our client’s hospital is looking for an experienced Client Service Representative/Reception Manager to join their front desk team on the evening swing shift! If you’re a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a pet’s healthcare journey from the moment they walk in the door, we’d love to hear from you.
Schedule:
Swing Shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Includes 1 weekend day per week
Compensation:
$24 – $28/hour (commensurate with experience)
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients in person and over the phone, setting the tone for a positive hospital experience
- Schedule appointments, manage check-in/check-out, and coordinate patient flow with the medical team
- Process payments, maintain accurate client and patient records, and handle medical record requests
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, including during emotional or high-stress situations
- Support the veterinary team by relaying client concerns, triaging calls, and helping manage a busy front-of-house during evening hours
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Required: Prior experience as a receptionist or client service representative
✔️ Preferred: Experience in a veterinary or animal care setting
✔️ Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
✔️ A calm, friendly demeanor and genuine love for animals and the people who care for them
✔️ Comfortable working independently during evening hours and available for weekend shifts
