Position Details
The veterinary associate role offers between 27 and 36 hours per week, depending on part-time or full-time interest. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, a matching 401(k), annual CE allowance, and vacation time. Compensation is based on a Pro Sal model, with 25% of production earned, and an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $150,000, depending on full-time or part-time status, with no negative accrual.
We are also offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a $5,000 retention bonus upon completion of one year of employment.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality veterinary care to a diverse range of animals, ensuring their health and well-being.
Conduct thorough examinations, diagnose medical conditions, perform comprehensive oral health assessments and treatments, and soft tissue surgeries.
Administer treatments, vaccinations, and medications, employing proper animal handling and restraint techniques.
Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding care plans and preventive measures.
Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure optimal patient care.
