Casual Animal Attendant – Gladesville Veterinary Hospital and Ryde Vet Clinic.
Gladesville Veterinary Hospital and Ryde Vet Clinic is looking for a caring, reliable Casual Animal Attendant to join our supportive teams. This is a great role for someone who loves animals, enjoys hands-on work, and thrives in a busy hospital environment.
What You’ll Do:

Provide daily care for patients and boarding animals

Assist with feeding, cleaning, exercising and general husbandry

Keep animal housing, hospital areas and equipment clean and organised

Support the nursing and veterinary teams with basic tasks
-
Maintain a safe, hygienic and low-stress environment for all animals
About You:
-
Previous animal handling or kennel attendant experience is ideal

Comfortable working with dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments

Reliable, proactive and able to work independently

Good communication skills and a positive team attitude

Willing to work weekends, public holidays or varied shifts as needed
