Job Overview
Due to the continued expansion of our secured long-term work bank, an exciting opportunity exists for Entry Level Operatives to join our team.
Role
No previous experience is needed for this role as full training will be provided to progress your career through our Lantra Approved Training Division VMT:

Up to 20% Additional Performance Related Pay available after passing probation period.
If needed you may be required to work one weekend per month.
All PPE will be provided.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience Required Of New Joiners
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Accreditations
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Punctual timekeeping
- Desire to work outdoors
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Adaptable and hard working
- Loyal and keen to learn
Desirable Knowledge, Skills & Accreditations
- Vegetation Management experience
- Fencing experience
- Mechanical understanding
- Understanding of Health and Safety

Currently recruiting.
£25,500 p.a./ £4,000 initial training/up to £5,100 p.a. additional performance bonus
- Total potential annual earnings before overtime £30,600
