Seeking FT Veterinary Receptionist/CCR 5 days weekly for our busy and growing animal hospital. Part time shifts welcome to apply.
*Greet Customers.
*Must have great phone etiquette.
*Bi-Lingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
*Help clients with the check-in/out process
*Clean and disinfect lobby and exam rooms.
*Filing insurance claims, assisting with medication requests, record transfers to specialty center, charging clients out, and assisting with lobby paw traffic.
* An ideal candidate will be a friendly “people person” who enjoys creating a pleasing experience for our guests.
