About You:
Nobody’s Child third party partnership portfolio is growing!
We’re looking for a Wholesale Admin Assistantto support our Account Managers and Head of Partnerships. In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for both external partners and internal teams, helping us deliver exceptional service in sales, delivery, and budget management to our existing partners.
You’ll be in a partner-facing role, working closely with the rest of the team, and acting as a true ambassador for our brand. We’re looking for someone confident, articulate, and proactive, a real people person with an analytical mindset. A passion for our product range is essential, as is a desire to grow and develop in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Day to day, your responsibilities will include:
Manage the order book effectively
Maintain and update the partner tracker
Prepare Monday reports and follow up on required actions
Support Account Managers with intake management and stock retention
Action picks with the Distribution Centre in line with agreed partner despatch schedules, managing the process end to end
Assist or deputise in the absence of Account Managers; lead trade calls with key partners and agree on actions with the Head of Partnerships
Set up order forms
Support Account Managers in consolidating all partner orders (both newness and trade) in line with core merchandising deadlines
Collaborate with core merchandising on intake management
Act as the main point of contact for the Distribution Centre team, including attending weekly meetings and actioning follow-ups
Handle general day-to-day ad hoc queries from both internal and external stakeholders
In the absence of an Account Manager, support the Head of Partnerships in managing the area
Perform weekly checks on all live partner platforms, reporting risks and operational issues to the Head of Partnerships, Account Managers, and the wider team
