Join our dynamic team at CURV, a premier lymphatic wellness center dedicated to enhancing well-being through specialized services like full-body lymphatic drainage, prenatal care, and post-operative support. We pride ourselves on creating a serene and uplifting environment, offering not just treatments but a holistic experience with our unique lymphatic facials and exciting add-on services. As a spa receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients feel welcome and informed, helping them embark on their wellness journeys with us.
Responsibilities:
Book appointments and provide service details.
Check clients in and out.
Maintain a sanitary and peaceful environment.
Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized retail area by stocking products and ensuring proper merchandising.
Utilize retail math skills to process transactions accurately using cash handling procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Utilize bilingual skills to assist guests from diverse backgrounds effectively.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and uphold a high standard of service.
Compensation:
Base hourly pay plus a commission program
Monthly incentives
Qualifications:
Reliable, hardworking, honest, and outgoing
Team player with sales and spa experience preferred
Strong customer service skills with a focus on sales
Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
Proficiency in retail math and cash handling
Social media skills are a plus
Support:
Ongoing support and knowledge from the CURV team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
