Position Summary

- Nestlé Ghana Limited is currently looking for a Warehouse Officer to be accountable for ensuring execution of assigned warehouse activities to deliver products timely and efficiently as required

Responsibilities
- Adhere to all safety, health and environment responsibilities by ensuring that all employees and third-party service providers in the warehouse area comply with all rule and regulations.
- Ensure on time loading and offloading of trucks to maintain required level of operational efficiency to avoid delays
- Ensure full customer orders are delivered in full and on time
- Ensure regular cyclic stock count of all stock
- Ensure strict hygiene standards in the warehouse and its environs in accordance with Quality guidelines Execute proper shift handover in the warehouse with documentation accurately done. Follow record keeping and documentation best practices to facilitate accurate and effective traceability
- Follow strictly First Expired-First Out (FEFO) status control
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure efficient inbound, warehouse management and outbound operations
- Closely supervise activities of third-party employees to ensure adherence to all standards and drive a disciplined delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualification Required & Experience
- Minimum Educational qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in supply chain , Logistics or Engineering
- Minimum Relevant work experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years professional experience in a similar role.
