Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Johar Town for a Walmart WFS Expert. The Walmart WFS Expert will manage and optimize Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) operations, including product listing creation, catalog maintenance, inventory and pricing management, and order fulfillment coordination. Responsibilities include monitoring account health, ensuring policy compliance, resolving listing and performance issues, and improving conversion and sales through data analysis. The role involves collaborating with internal teams for content, marketing, and logistics, generating performance reports, and implementing strategies to enhance visibility and profitability on Walmart Marketplace. The expert is expected to stay updated on Walmart’s guidelines, tools, and best practices and proactively recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Walmart Marketplace and WFS operations, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Strong e-commerce platform skills, preferably experience with Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or other marketplaces, and basic understanding of FBM and dropshipping models.
- Analytical skills for interpreting performance data, monitoring account health, and using insights to optimize listings, pricing, and fulfillment strategies.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with marketing, logistics, and support teams and for professional interaction with clients or partners.
- Attention to detail for accurate catalog management, compliance with Walmart policies, and timely resolution of operational or listing issues.
- Comfort with digital tools and spreadsheets; familiarity with e-commerce dashboards, reporting tools, and basic Excel or Google Sheets functions.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Johar Town, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred; comparable practical experience in e-commerce operations is highly valued.
- Knowledge of digital marketing basics and marketplace SEO is an advantage for enhancing product visibility and sales.
