Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Waiter based in Nairobi. The Waiter will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, coordinating closely with kitchen staff, addressing customer inquiries, and handling any concerns to deliver outstanding service. The role also involves assisting in upholding food safety standards and promoting the restaurant's offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and effectively address inquiries.
- Experience or knowledge in Food & Beverage and Food Service to support a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests.
- Basic understanding or interest in Cooking to effectively communicate menu offerings to patrons.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members for exceptional service delivery.
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Professional attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for food and exceptional service.
