Virtual Care Veterinary Technician | Full-Time

We believe in bringing humanity back to veterinary medicine, and we’re looking for a passionate, compassionate, and skilled Credentialed Veterinary Technician (referred to internally as Veterinary Nurse) to join our growing Virtual Care team.
This full-time role is a hybrid position supporting customer service, prescriptions, and triage across our Virtual Care team. It offers up to 40 hours per week and is benefits-eligible.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Engage with members via chat, phone, and video, providing support and education on their pets’ health and well-being.
Triage cases based on veterinary knowledge, offering recommendations and ensuring accurate information.
Review medical records to understand patient history and provide informed guidance.
Document clearly and accurately in patient records using veterinary terminology.
Verify and process prescriptions, ensuring appropriate follow-up for client requests.
Deliver top-tier client care with empathy and warmth, whether over chat, phone, or video.
Follow protocols, maintaining consistency while adjusting to each unique case.
Collaborate cross-functionally, providing feedback to improve processes and systems.
