Role Overview:
The Bridgetown Veterinary Support Staff Supervisor is a team-focused, passionate, and dependable leader who plays a vital role in daily workflows. As a supervisor, you will facilitate communication and coordination among team members and pet families. You will support the team by managing appointments, schedules, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
Communication and collaboration within the team
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage
Maintain professionalism and respect with all team members and pet families
Communicate effectively with team members, pet families, and referring community
Troubleshoot shift gaps and coverage issues
Build supportive relationships and resolve conflicts promptly
Maintain weekly communication with the manager
Administrative Duties:
Use WhenIWork to create and publish schedules at least 60 days in advance
Document disciplinary actions, PIPs, and coaching conversations
Coordinate with the Nursing Director and Hospital Administrator on performance plans
Maintain and document client records per organizational, state, and federal guidelines
Minimum Requirements:
At least 3 years of ER/ICU veterinary experience focusing on team dynamics and workflows
Veterinary technician license preferred
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
