Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care that exceeds client expectations
- Assist veterinarians with surgeries, diagnostics, anesthesia, and treatments
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor anesthesia
- Manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing patient care in a busy environment
- Maintain clear, compassionate communication with clients, doctors, and team members
- Support emergency care situations with calm and composed decision-making
- Promote hospital services and educate clients on the value of recommended treatments
