Blue Pearl Pet Hospital is hiring a Critical Care Veterinary Technician!

Pay: $20 – $40 / hour
This pay band depends on experience and advancement through our Career Trax leveling system.
Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts, daytime hours
We are hiring an exceptional Veterinary Technician to join our team. If you enjoy patient care and working in a fast-paced, challenging, and collaborative environment, apply today! This full-time position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
As an ICU/Critical Care Technician, you will:
Triage and obtain patient history
Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR
Place IVCs and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines, or PICC lines
Monitor and care for ventilator cases
Work alongside other skilled technicians and assistants to provide excellent, advanced medicine to patients
Mentor and train other co-workers
Experience the gratification of nursing critically ill patients back to health and reuniting them with their pet parents
