A veterinary assistant/technician provides excellent care for both our clients and patients. Some of the responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
Restrain and handle animals during examinations and treatments
Administer medications
Monitor and record animal health conditions
Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and ready for daily operations
Assist with diagnostic procedures, such as blood draws and x-rays
Collect patient history reports and maintain patient records
Our veterinary technicians/assistants should be ready to:
