Valley West Veterinary Hospital is looking for an energetic, dependable Veterinary Technician / Veterinary Assistant to join our busy, team-oriented practice.
We are a well-established veterinary hospital that provides high-quality medicine in a fast-paced but supportive environment. Our team sees a wide variety of cases and works with advanced diagnostics and procedures, including digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, and laparoscopic surgery.
Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians with patient care, treatments, and procedures
- Perform in-house laboratory testing and digital radiographs
- Assist with surgery and patient monitoring
- Prepare and dispense medications
- Educate and communicate with clients
- Provide compassionate care to hospitalized and outpatient pets

Dependability and punctuality are a must! Previous veterinary experience is preferred. Applicants must be able to lift 45 lbs. and work some weekends and holidays.
