A successful candidate will have the ability to:
Draw blood and prepare it for diagnostics
Place and IVC and administer drugs through it
Administer vaccines
Calculate drug dosages under supervision of the veterinarian
Prepare and read laboratory samples
Assess patient status
Understand veterinary terminology
Support and anticipate the needs of the veterinarians
Support and encourage their teammates
Communicate concisely and clearly
Educate clients
Problem solve
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
