Currently accepting applicants for a full time stable keeper/farm to work on a private acre horse farm located in Lake Wales, Fl. we are looking for reliable and dependable person who is hardworking and detail oriented.
You will be working Monday-Friday, holidays, well as rotating weekends.
This is a job working with large animals. Experienced riders only!!!
****ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE HORSE EXPERIENCE****

Responsibilities:
mucks and cleans stables, replenishes bedding in stalls
washes, brushes, trims and curries the horses
cleans and polishes tack
exercises and rides horses
waters animals and feeds according to instructions, mixes the appropriate supplements
inspects animals for any injury and illness.
Must be able to work with young horses and stallions.
this is just a small list of the responsibilities that would be required of your job, some tasks of your job would include barn upkeep and pasture maintenance.
You must be able to work outdoors, not be afraid of dogs and other animals. You must be able to lift 50 lbs. Applicants must have reliable transportation, drivers license, no criminal history, must have a cell phone, must be able to pass a drug test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 36 per week
