Northern Hope Veterinary Care is a Veterinary Clinic opening in Pillager, MN. Our clinic specializes in providing individualized patient and client care by offering traditional, integrative, and holistic veterinary care. Dr. Sara Hooge has over 15 years of veterinary experience and is building a practice to help diversify veterinary care. Northern Hope is looking for a motivated full-time Certified Veterinary Technician that enjoys working hard and having fun while working! We love Veterinary medicine and people. We enjoy teaching Veterinary skills, and we will help you develop your skills as you work.
Northern Hope Veterinary Care is seeking a Veterinary Technician to join our team in Pillager, MN. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player who is detail oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Veterinary Technician Degree & Certificatoin.
Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Must be comfortable working with animals of all sizes and breeds.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities
Provide compassionate care and handling of animals, ensuring their comfort and safety during examinations and treatments.
Assist veterinarians in performing medical procedures, including animal catheterization and restraint.
Maintain accurate medical records and veterinary terminology documentation.
Educate pet owners on proper pet care and health management.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic, including laboratory and kennel areas.
