Matanzas River Animal Hospital is a privately owned, multi-doctor veterinary hospital seeking an experienced and motivated veterinary technician to join our team in St. Augustine, FL. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and brings a strong work ethic along with a positive attitude and sense of humor. We prioritize patient care above all else, so flexibility and a team-first mindset are essential.
We are seeking someone with proven technical skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Client communication and education
- Patient assessment and monitoring
- Medication administration
- Performing diagnostics (radiography, ECG, laboratory testing)
- Assisting with medical and surgical procedures
- Anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery
- Maintaining and updating hospitalized patient treatments and orders

Schedule:
- 4.5 days per week
- Weekdays: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary based on experience.
